Our Methodology

Our methodology does not treat symptoms. It pinpoints the source of the problems and gaps and delivers solutions that resolve them at the root — through four sequential phases that take you from a deep understanding of the problem to implemented solutions and sustained results.

From diagnosis to sustainable results

Root-cause solutions that hold

01

Evaluation and Diagnosis

This is the deep-understanding phase. Our team carries out a comprehensive study and analysis of the current state (As-Is) inside the warehouse.

  • Analysis of current practice: studying how the daily operations run.
  • Benchmarking: comparing current practice against your own approved policies and procedures, and against industry standards (Best Practices).
  • Gap identification: pinpointing deviations and non-conformities, and delivering a detailed report of findings and initial recommendations.
02

Bespoke Solution Design

Based on the findings of the assessment phase, United Integrated's experts design the solutions suited specifically to your situation.

  • Designing the right solutions and advice to address the root causes identified.
  • Defining the requirements (resources, training, technology) needed to deliver these solutions.
  • Setting out the expected results and the indicators to be measured once the solution is in place.
  • Transparency first: solutions, requirements and outcomes are discussed in depth with the client and fully agreed before implementation.
03

Implementation and Change Management

Once the client approves, we begin implementing the proposed solutions on the ground to an agreed delivery plan.

  • Timeline: setting precise start and end dates for the work.
  • Delivery phases: dividing the work into key milestones (Project Milestones).
  • The responsible team: assigning clear ownership for every task.
04

Monitoring & Follow-up

The phase that secures success; its purpose is to confirm the solutions have been put into practice correctly and adhered to in line with the plan.

  • Performance measurement: confirming the intended results (lower cost, higher efficiency) have been delivered.
  • Immediate correction: spotting and addressing any deviation from plan as it happens.

This methodology gives our clients more than advice: a genuine partner who ensures the solutions are implemented and the results are seen on the ground.
